Classes by Wayne
Each class starts at 9.30am with a welcome tea/flat white/long black, and is followed by an informative and very entertaining demonstration, which is then followed by a delicious lunch with refreshments, served either on the terrace overlooking beautiful gardens (weather permitting) or amongst the antiques in our barn. To finish you have the recipes to take home.
Good Cooking
Popular classes are of course our famous Christmas Cooking, with over 340 people attending in 2022, as well as French, Spanish, Italian, European Baking, Northern Indian and Middle Eastern being some of the cuisines Wayne cooks.
